je laisse les termes en anglais , ça oblige a faire les recherches sur google pour la transcription , generalement youtube aura les videos , ce qui amenera a retenir plus facilement par la suite , les noms des exos et leurs executions pour ceux qui soit ne les connaissent pas , ou les newbies .

la liste n'est pas exhausive , pushpress , clean , high pull et bien d'autre ont leur place avec un peu d'apprentissage .
