here is my Euro-Pharmacies Var Run,
just so you guys know I am Only a Rep For EA i am not the source, but i am in charge of all the boards we are on, that's my call. so i just want to get this out the way for some of you guys that are probably thinking if i am a source cause my name is in green, NO i am just head Rep.
Anyways herd good stuff about euro-pharm and i drop some money on the international line to save some money, 3 days it took to get to me, that was fast.
i am currently running 750mg of test E, a week, and i will be doing 80mg of var for about 35 days or so.
been dieting for a lil bit as well.
this picture is about 1 month old.
this is my diet.
breakfast
1/2 oatmeal
1 whole egg, with 9 egg whites
meal 2
1/2 cup of rice
heaping 1/2 cup of chicken breast
1/2 cup of green beans
meal 3
1/2 sweet potato
heaping 1/2 cup of chicken breast
1/2 cup of green beans
meal 4
6oz of tilapia
1/2 cup of green beans and sweet potato mix together
1/4 cup of almonds slivers
meal 5
6oz of tilapia
1/2 cup of rice
meal 6
omelet 9 egg whites
1/2 spinach
1/2 cup of graded parmesan cheese
and i also take about another 300g in protein shakes a day.
as of this morning scale said 169lbs
i still look the same as in this pic, only 4wks old picture
well here we go. started with 60mg of var will take the other 20mg 7hrs from now.
