Reship Policy T&Cs

For your peace of mind we will one time reship any UK/EU/USA orders seized by customs or parcel lost in transit for more than 30 working days (not counting weekends) at our cost.

Shipping ETA (PLEASE NOTE : Your order will be shipped to you from EU)

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days after funds are fully cleared at our end. ETA for UK/EU shipments is usually 7-10 working days from the day we ship. Please note that during busy periods it can take up to approximately 14 working days from the day we dispatch your order.
