We pride ourselves in maintaining strict EU cGMP level quality and safety standards via adhering to European Pharmaceutical guidelines. Our pharma chemist team are European chemistry degree holders as well as our head chemist is qualified & most experienced HPLC diploma technician and holds EurChem credentials, an internationally recognised professional qualification, accredited by the European chemist registration board. Reship Policy T&Cs
For your peace of mind we will one time reship any EU/USA/UK orders seized by customs or parcel lost in transit for more than 30 working days (not counting weekends) at our cost. No cash refund will be issued as per our refund policy. We will reship order one time with our stealth oil shipping in cosmetic oil packaging.
We will not provide a reship if the wrong address was supplied to us at the
time of ordering. In order to be able to claim incomplete order always take pictures of
opened and unpacked parcel otherwise we will not accept.
Shipping ETA (PLEASE NOTE : Your order will be shipped to you from EU)
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days after funds are fully cleared at our end. ETA for UK/EU shipments is usually 7-10 working days from the day we ship.
