idem pour moi pas de nouvelle de ma commande mais sa reste raisonnable car payé le 30/09 mais le 3 à 6 working day et approximatif je pense

Order received 26th of September . Package was sent next working day - on 27th (Tuesday)
1st-2nd of October (Saturday and Sunday are days off for post)
Today is 9th working day.
Estimated delivery time for France is 4-7 working days.
So most likely you will get it on Monday.
If for any reason item is not received in 14 working days, it is wise to contact local post office, as 90% of cases when buyer reports of item not delivered , we get it back as not collected.
We are happy to reship products if they are not received in 14th working days and if they are not left in local post office, all you need to do is sent me an email

Order Received 30th of September (Friday). Package WAS feels next working day - is 3rd of October (Monday)
1st-2nd of October (Saturday and Sunday are days off for post)
Today is 5th working day.

juste se petit post pour dire que j'ai commander le 30/09 et j'ai reçu hier matin ma commande emballage nikel et delais super cours vu la provenance du paquet
commande de moins de 30€
avec en cadeau
- 6 capsule omega 3
-un sachet de cellmass
-un bon de reduction
-et un echantillion du jus d'orange (apparement)

t'inquiète la poste a officialisé sur leur site web une nouvelle plateforme uniquement pour la livraison des colis à destination de Cutler, cette plateforme emploiera 500 employés en 3 x8 lol!

j'ai commandé un produit à un pote a moi et il a envoyé deux colis le même jour (le mien et un autre). l'autre l'a reçu en 3 jours moi en 15... pourtant on vit tous les 3 en france...

ça ne s'explique pas malheureusement

90% of deliveries come in 4-7 working days anywhere in EU.
Worst destination is Italy... France is OK.
Most cases when customer claims as undelivered it comes back from a post as uncollected.
Anyway we always reship packages if they got lost.
16 days is too long i agree. Would be best to check local post office and contact us to double check adress details just in case.

I understand package is very important to you, so i am happy to ship 1 bottle LIV52 today on our expense before we will sort it out what kind of problem happen, was it post late or another.If you received you first order, when leave it as a FREE GIFT, if for any reasons it will be lost, we will reship FULL ORDER again. so 1 bottle LIV52 you will get FREE in any scenario.
